We offer a 24-hour refund policy for our software subscription ONLY in the condition that you are able to show video evidence that it is not working on your computer.
Concerns like detection by screen-sharing software, or slowness in solution generation are not refundable.
We do not offer refunds for Windows 10 computers, as support on Windows 10 is not guaranteed.

- Provide your:
- Purchase details
- Reason for refund
- Video evidence of the software not working
We will respond to refund requests within 48 hours.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
