Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Cluely subscription at any time through your account settings.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of that cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent month.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual subscription period. You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of that period. Your subscription will not be renewed for the following year.

No Pro-Rata Refunds

Please note that we do not offer pro-rata refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle (monthly or annual). Once a subscription period has been paid for, you will retain access for the duration of that period, regardless of when you choose to cancel.
