TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By RSVPing to attend the Cluely YC After Party ("Event"), you ("Attendee") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Attendee acknowledges and agrees that:

• • Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses
• • Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance at the Event
• • Cluely, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates ("Cluely Parties") shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or other incident that may occur during or in connection with the Event
• • This waiver applies to all claims, whether based on negligence, contract, tort, or any other legal theory

2. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Attendee hereby:

• • RELEASES and forever discharges the Cluely Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action arising from or related to attendance at the Event
• • INDEMNIFIES and holds harmless the Cluely Parties from any claims brought by third parties arising from Attendee's conduct at the Event

3. SAFETY AND SECURITY MEASURES

Cluely has implemented the following safety protocols:

• • Licensed beverage service in compliance with local regulations
• • Professional security personnel on-site
• • Emergency procedures and first aid availability

Attendee agrees to:

• • Comply with all venue rules and safety instructions
• • Consume alcohol responsibly (if of legal drinking age)
• • Cooperate with security personnel and event staff
• • Report any safety concerns immediately

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

Attendee agrees to:

• • Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner
• • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Respect the property of the venue and other attendees

5. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA CONSENT

By attending the Event, Attendee consents to:

• • Being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event
• • Use of their likeness, voice, and image by Cluely for promotional purposes
• • Posting of photos/videos on social media and marketing materials

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY

• • Attendee is solely responsible for their personal belongings
• • Cluely is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• • Attendee should not bring valuable items to the Event

7. HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Attendee represents that they:

• • Are in good health and able to participate in the Event
• • Do not have any medical conditions that would be aggravated by attendance
• • Will not attend if experiencing symptoms of illness
• • Understand that alcohol will be served and will consume responsibly

8. VENUE COMPLIANCE

• • Attendee must comply with all venue policies and local laws
• • Cluely reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these terms
• • No outside food or beverages permitted
• • Smoking only in designated areas (if applicable)

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Cluely reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.

10. LEGAL PROVISIONS

• • This agreement is governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction]
• • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• • If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect
